ROLES HIGH LEVEL DEFINITION

⚠️At Fendi, all the Regions assign positions holders the same scope of responsibilities. ⚠️In the Americas, Department Managers are considered more senior than Assistant Store Managers because DMs are allocated in the most complex Stores without ASMs.

The Store Manager or Director The first FENDI Brand Ambassador, a real Business Manager with wide local market knowledge responsible for fostering the Store's performance in sales and client loyalty. As talented leaders able to inspire individuals and develop team engagement and growth, Store Managers run and coach the team to build lasting client relationships, ensuring that every client experiences the unique Fendi Customer Journey in their Store. They are also responsible for all store operations, respecting and implementing policies and guidelines. Based on their global understanding of Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and CRM strategies, they drive the team to maximize business, taking into account their store setting, environment, and assets. Store Managers build a strong diverse team, bringing together all the necessary competencies. They inspire team members to ensure their engagement and motivation and contribute to their professional growth. Store Managers ensure the team is duly trained; they commit themselves to coach their direct reports and Client Advisors to create distinctive client experiences and lasting client relationships. As Business Managers with an entrepreneurial spirit, they benchmark with competitors and network with other key local players to anticipate market trends, ensuring that retail operations are duly performed, sensitive transactions are monitored, and profiles are carefully set (Segregation of Duties) to access systems (POS) as to the store. The second in command in the Store. A Brand Ambassador, responsible for promoting best practices and consistency across the different Departments, ensuring continuity in all processes, procedures, and activities in compliance with Fendi guidelines. Plays a key role in leading people and development and with the Client (&VIC) as well. Is also a sales expert committed to maintaining the Store’s standards, targets, and KPIs. Operation Manager

Client Advisor/Senior Client Advisor

Works closely with the Store Manager supporting Store operations and contributing to running all back-of-house activities. A Brand Ambassador, responsible for promoting best practices and bringing consistency across the different Departments, ensuring continuity to all processes, procedures, and activities in compliance with FENDI guidelines and CICERO Rules. Operation managers ensure that retail operations are duly performed, sensitive transactions monitored, and that profiles are carefully set (Segregation of duties) to access systems (POS) as to the store.

As FENDI Ambassadors, Client Advisors are responsible for providing an elevated and luxurious customer journey to each client thought Brand DNA Discovery. The main objectives are to recruit new clients and build loyalty with existing clients in order to achieve and exceed individual and store targets.
